Colin said after one audio demonstration at the Pioneer dealer near his home, he was hooked. He sold his boat to raise the necessary 3250 pounds sterling to buy the equipment. He says, "I still haven't heard anything that makes me want to change. I still have all the original operating instructions, manuals and sales leaflets given to me at the time."

Colin Haworth from England sent this photo of his Elite collection. It includes
an M-90 amplifier, C-90 control amplifier, PD-91 CD player, CT-91A cassette
deck, and F-91 tuner. He built a custom enclosure to house all the equipment.
The Elite equipment plays through a pair of TDL Studio 3 speakers.
